Do you Bulk Bill?

Our practice is mixed billing. We bulk bill pension and concession card holders and children under the age of 16.


Other considerations can be discussed with your GP.

How can I contact a GP after hours?

After hours calls are automatically transferred to the after hours GP phone. Please be advised in case of an emergency or life threatening situation call 000 or present to your nearest Emergency Department if able to.

How confidential are my health records?

Rest assured that all staff are trained in maintaining your privacy and confidentiality.

Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of our practice to maintain the security of your personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.

How do I get my test results?

You may at times be asked to arrange some blood tests, XRAYs or other tests.

Your doctor will advise a plan for what to do after these tests are complete. You may be asked to return to discuss these results, however if you wish to find out about your results prior please contact our reception team who will arrange an appointment for you.
