Longer consultation times are available, so please ask reception if you require some extra time. If you or a family member require an interpreter service, we can organise this for you.

Please let us know when you make the appointment.

Book an appointment

All bookings must be made via phone – please call the surgery on

02 4233 1155 to make an appointment.

Paying fees and billing arrangements

Please speak to reception.

Fees are allocated by time. New patients will be charged an administration fee for the first consultation to securely record and archive medical records.

Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard. The practice can process your Medicare rebate directly into your bank account at the time of your visit provided you hold a current Medicare card and EFTPOS card.

Workers Compensation consultations are charged in accordance with those set by WorkCover Australia and are payable on the day.

The Surgery fee schedule is displayed in the waiting room. In addition, reception staff can advise patients on fees and Medicare rebates with options available for claiming Medicare refunds.

Complex dressings may be chargeable.

Travel-related consultation including vaccinations and pre-employment medicals will attract a fee on the day. Reception staff can discuss these costs with you. These services are not covered by Medicare.

It is essential when making an appointment to advise reception of the likely category required. This will assist the doctors in managing patient waiting times.

If you have any difficulties in paying our fees, please discuss this with us prior to your consultation.
